Compensation Consulting Lead, Asia Pacific. This leadership role will be a key member of the
Asia Pacific Total Rewards team responsible for overseeing compensation consulting within the region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our compensation offerings are market competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives
As a key strategic partner
- You will act as a Consultant and trusted partner working proactively and collaboratively with HR leaders, business leaders and other COEs to help drive strategic Corporate & HR priorities e.g. DE&I, Recognition, Retention, Sustainability.
- You will ensure that stakeholders are consulted and informed on compensation related activity and initiatives in a timely fashion and gain their input and support where necessary.
- You will ensure that TR processes and initiatives are continuously improved
- You will provide the business and HR with proactive insights and analytics.
- You will provide market insights and intel on key compensation topics
- You will provide training & education to HR on compensation topics.
- You will drive consistency and best practice learning across the region and share best practice.
- You will project manage key initiatives in the region.
- You will provide quality consulting on compensation programs and partner with relevant leads on benefits, pensions and global mobility where necessary.
- You will provide mentoring and coaching support for the Compensation Consultants within the region.
- You will ensure compliance with regional/local compensation requirements and statutes.

- You bring in relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge around all compensation-related topics especially in the Asia Pacific
- You have a proven track record in strategically developing compensation concepts and programs and driving them to implementation
- You are able to identify business needs and market developments and offer solutions in a pro-active manner
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Successful completion of a relevant degree or related experience
- Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural team
- Willingness to jump in and roll up your sleeves on a number of collaborative projects
- Ability to succeed and create structure in a fast paced, ambiguous, high-volume environment with constantly evolving priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and stakeholder management across all levels
