Role Description

This is a full-time Company Secretary Trainee role at Prataap Snacks Limited, located on-site in Indore. The Company Secretary Trainee will be responsible for assisting in administrative and secretarial duties, SDD, BRSR Reporting and Implemention, Maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also support senior management with board meetings, corporate governance, and legal matters.
