Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governance regulations, maintaining statutory registers, preparing board meeting minutes, and filing necessary documents with government authorities. The role also includes advising on corporate governance matters, managing records, and liaising with legal and regulatory entities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital for success in this position.

Qualifications
