Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, with a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in India.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of the company
Manage and maintain the company's records and documentation
Assist in the preparation of board meetings and general meetings
Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
Provide legal and corporate governance advice to the management
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Facilitate communication between the board of directors and shareholders

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI
Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations in India
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and legal management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
