We're building a community-first growth engine and are looking for a Community and Growth Intern who understands internet culture, online communities, and user engagement. You'll help build, nurture, and scale investor communities while driving awareness and adoption of Rupeezy's products.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage communities across Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.
- Create engagement strategies that increase community participation, retention, and referrals.
- Welcome new members, initiate conversations, and foster meaningful discussions.
- Organize AMAs, challenges, contests, webinars, and community-led events.
- Identify power users and turn them into community advocates.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Content teams to amplify product launches and feature updates.
- Gather community feedback, identify trends, and share actionable insights with internal teams.
- Experiment with new growth channels and community acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Active user of online communities such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of what drives engagement, retention, and virality in online communities.
- Self-starter with high ownership and execution ability.
- Comfortable engaging with users and representing the Rupeezy brand.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing or moderating online communities.
- Knowledge of stocks, trading, investing, or personal finance.
- Experience with community growth, creator partnerships, or social media management.
- Built or grown a Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or LinkedIn community before.
