Role & Responsibilities - A communication skills trainer may work in different environments. Their common responsibilities include:
Conducting training sessions and developing self-awareness among training students. Groom personalities of participants and improve their soft & hard skills. Identify weaknesses and strengths of students. Prepare a plan of action to determine areas where students can improve. Conduct training sessions by employing practical applications. Prepare and conduct routine mock tests. Formulate learning and development strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with project teams and trainers to develop training courses. Implement inventive techniques for effective and interactive training. Collect data to assess the effectiveness of training sessions. Demonstrate excellent management & interpersonal skills. Take part in team meetings and performance review meetings (as/if applicable). Location
