Description
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead DCS Engineer to oversee and manage the commissioning of Distributed Control Systems across various projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DCS technologies and a proven track record of leading commissioning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning activities for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all commissioning plans and procedures are adhered to.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors during the commissioning phase.
- Perform system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of DCS systems.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and records.
- Provide training and support to operational staff on DCS functionalities and operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field).
- 15-20 years of experience in DCS commissioning and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of DCS systems, protocols, and configurations.
- Experience with process control and automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
