Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis at Grove & Rihla Hospitalities, located in Pune. The Commis will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring hygiene standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Commis will also be involved in various day-to-day kitchen tasks as directed by the senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and Culinary Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of different cuisines
• Relevant culinary certification or diploma is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus
