About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Commercial Leasing & Inventory Executive with experience in commercial real estate, client handling, site visits, property sourcing, inventory management, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source commercial properties for leasing and sale through field surveys and market visits.
• Build relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Maintain and update commercial property inventory and listings.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients on property requirements.
• Support negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Collect and verify property details, pricing, availability, and photographs.

• Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (Highest Priority)
• Golf Course Road, Gurugram
• Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Commercial Sales, or Real Estate Brokerage.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client handling, site visits, and transaction closures.
• Must own a bike/two-wheeler and be comfortable with field work.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
