Job Description

Job Purpose
The position ensures:
Working with the relevant stakeholders (Partner, BU, Tech, Ops & Compliance) on setting up the collections system & all technology projects related to collections.
Working on automations, developing User Stories, managing UAT for credit card collections.
Leveraging the collection system to drive strategies to be rolled out to DCA's for better portfolio performance.
Key Accountabilities
Managing all the tech projects end to end, co-ordinating with the tech/BAU stakeholders.

End to end UAT/production testing and support in creation of robust system which includes requirement gathering, dealing with IT/Vendors, creation of test scenarios/cases.

Should have expert knowledge in - SQL & able to create procedures, Excel VBA
Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Creation of robust systems in a future forward perspective.
  • Dealing with tech and BAU stakeholders across all functions.
  • Automation and Enhancement of Credit card MIS reports.
  • Development of new reports as per the requirements in the system.
  • Regular improvement in systems.

Required Experience
  • At least 7-8 years of total experience in the relevant field

Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduation degree with technical skills
Core Competencies
  • Banking domain knowledge
  • Good knowledge on credit cards collections technology, strategies and processes
  • Good analysis & evaluation skills
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good team player or able to work individual

Technical Competencies
  • Hands on Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel, Access , Powerpoint, Word
  • Technical skill in SQL, Python

Work Relationship
  • Interactions within Collection team
  • Interactions with all the stakeholders within & outside the bank.
