Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections department, including developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with debt collection regulations. Responsibilities also include monitoring collection metrics, conducting regular team meetings, and developing training programs to enhance the team's performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in collection software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the financial sector is preferred
