Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Loan Recovery & Collection:
Ensure timely recovery of overdue commercial vehicle loan EMIs.
Follow up with delinquent customers through calls, field visits, and legal notices.
Minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) by early detection and proactive action.
Team Management:
Manage and guide a team of field collection executives or recovery agents.
Allocate cases based on delinquency bucket, geography, and team strength.
Monitor performance of team and set recovery targets.
Customer Interaction:
Negotiate with customers for repayment plans or settlements where required.
Address grievances or disputes related to loan repayment.
Ensure a customer-centric approach while maintaining recovery discipline
