Job Summary

We're looking for an expert in cold email outreach who can build and execute scalable email campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate understands audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email automation tools to optimize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cold email outreach campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Craft compelling email copy with personalization to increase open and response rates.
  • Set up automation and sequencing using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, or HubSpot.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high email deliverability and avoid spam filters through best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach efforts with sales objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of experience in cold email marketing, demand generation, or outbound lead generation.

Strong copywriting skills for crafting high-converting email sequences.

Hands-on experience with cold email tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, Apollo, HubSpot).

Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.

Knowledge of deliverability best practices (warm-up processes, domain reputation management).

Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and analytics.

Understanding of email compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).

Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
