Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

1New Product Development

  • Creation of new product specification -SW and HW requirements and Functional requirements ,system architecture
  • Component sizing and theoretical analysis to study the worst- case scenarios and thus considering all the potential electrical and thermal and environmental conditions
  • Thermal Simulations based on Pd estimations and identify possible Hot spots
  • Work with Transmission team and NVH team to finalise transmission ( reducer) requirements
  • Design Guidelines / Design simulations and recommendations for E drive considering System dynamic performance requirements
  • Motor and Inverter Model Creations , Control Electronic circuit simulations
  • Lead Aggregate development for NPI Programs and ensure timely deliveries of Power Converters
  • Responsible for Definition and implementations of CAN /UDS / Wake up shut down sequences with supplier
  • Identify and Implement VA VE / Productivity improvement ideas
  • Identify new technologies for application to NPI program offering through tech development process
  • Identify Simulation methods for Design verification for Design freeze
  • Identify B/M for improvement of designed /developed products consistently
  • Supplier Proposal Technical Evaluations and Rankings based on technical requirements
  • Validate Vehicle Level calibration along with Vehicle validation team
  • Timely completion of project activities as per plan
  • Timely scheduling of project reviews
    2NPI Process
  • Track the deliverable success criteria for upcoming milestones at the project level and highlight issues if any.
  • Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through review governance process
  • Collate data to monitor the progress against milestone criteria as well as PAT
  • Organize reviews to debottleneck achievement of targets and ensure identified actions are followed through.
