Role Overview
AsCo-founder & Chief Growth Officer, you will own end-to-end revenue growth, user acquisition, and market expansion. You will architect the company's GTM strategy, build scalable sales engines, and leverage your EdTech expertise to drive enrollments for our online degree programs. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic vision with execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Define the company's 3-year vision, revenue targets, and expansion roadmap.
- Design and execute omnichannel growth strategies (B2C + B2B) for student acquisition and retention.
- Lead fundraising efforts, investor pitches, and financial modeling.
Revenue Generation
- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team (inside sales, partnerships, corporate alliances).
- Optimize CAC/LTV through data-driven funnel management (lead gen conversion retention).
- Forge strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and edtech platforms.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing).
- Craft compelling brand narratives to position us as a leader in online higher education.
- Leverage analytics to refine messaging, pricing, and user experience.
Operational Excellence
- Manage P&L, budgets, and ROI-driven resource allocation.
- Implement CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools for scalability.
- Stay ahead of EdTech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves.
Qualifications
- Proven EdTech Growth Leader:8+ years in scaling online education programs (UG/PG/MBA mandatory).
- Track Record:Demonstrated success in achieving 50Cr+ revenue targets and building sales teams.
- Investment Commitment:Ability to contribute20,00,000as initial capital (equity-based).
- Skills:Expertise in B2C/B2B sales cycles, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and partnership development.
- Mindset:Entrepreneurial grit, data-driven decision-making, and passion for democratizing education.
- Education:MBA or equivalent preferred.
