Position: CNC Programmer
Location: Ajita Metals Industries, GIDC Phase II, Dared, Jamnagar, Gujarat

Ajita Metals Industries is a precision CNC machining company serving customers in Europe and other international markets. We manufacture high-quality precision components in brass, stainless steel, steel, copper, and aluminium using modern CNC turning and VMC machining.
Job Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs for turning and VMC machining.
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining quality.
- Prepare setup sheets and machining instructions.
- Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Support operators during new job setups.
- Improve existing programs for productivity and tool life.
- Work closely with production and quality teams.
- Maintain program backups and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of CNC programming experience.
- Good knowledge of CNC Turning and VMC programming.
- Experience with Siemens CNC controllers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
- Experience with CAM software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
