As the Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, forging strong broker and corporate relationships, and executing a robust sales strategy to achieve occupancy and profitability targets across our Connekt centre in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales for our coworking centre in Jaipur
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and occupancy targets
- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners & IPCs
- Identify and convert B2B leads startups, SMEs, corporates & enterprise clients
- Conduct centre tours, handle negotiations, and close deals confidently
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead conversion, and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with operations & marketing teams to align sales with business objectives
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to optimise sales strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
- 45 years of sales experience preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B space selling
- Strong network of corporate clients and broker partners in Jaipur (preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-focused and able to work with autonomy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management, Hospitality (preferred)
