Purpose: Ensure merchandise planning process to deliver AOP , markdown, stockholding and flow objectives under the guidance of Head of Planning and B&M.

A. Finance

Assist in Achieving the Plan by

• AOP
• SPSF
• Markdown
• Full Price Sell Through

B. Customer

• Delight the consumer with product range offer

C. Internal Business Process

• Develop an assortment plan with the brand/category
• Adhere to process calendar
• Use feedback on product quality, performance, customer satisfaction.
• Follow buying processes/practices

D. People/ Learning & Growth

• Analyze and keep abreast of the customer buying behavior, trends / market development through regular market, store visits
• Maintain good cross functional team working

E. Qualification

Retail Merchandising Management or MBA.

F. Work Experience

Minimum 5 Years in Retail Merchandising
