Responsible for driving revenue targets, managing sales teams, and ensuring successful closures of inventory under sole-selling mandates. Key Responsibilities:Own the sales for the assigned city/cluster.Lead and supervise a team of Sales Managers, Closers, and CP sourcing Managers.Ensure timely achievement of project-wise sales targets.Strategize and execute plans to maximize site visits and closures.Monitor and improve performance metrics conversion ratios, site visits, and booking.Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance management.Collaborate with developers and internal departments (marketing, CRM, etc.) for smoother operations.Analyse market trends and provide insights for pricing and positioning. Eligibility:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. 8 12 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with sole-selling mandates.Proven leadership in managing city/cluster-level sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills |
