Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Kitchen Manager located in Bengaluru. The Cloud Kitchen Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food preparation, cooking, food & beverage management, food quality, and culinary management.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Knowledge of Food Quality standards
- Culinary Management skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the meat industry is a plus
- Food Safety Certification is preferred
