Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Lead to design, implement, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will guide the DevOps team and work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to drive automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across our Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Ensure high availability and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code releases and rapid iteration.
- Drive adoption of best practices in DevOps, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC, and security.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.
- Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Maintain infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS).
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems, scripting (Shell, Python), and system administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving Qualifications :
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps culture.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and service mesh tools (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
