Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist - Cardiology

Reporting to: Clinical Application manager

Job location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for post and presales application training for new and existing sites
• System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.
• Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently.
• Developing good relations with users/clinicians
• Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site
• Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops
• Application support for Clinical activities User meet and technicians CME for Knowledge transfer.
• Gather the Info about own products and competitors products.
• Internal sales training on key application tools.
• Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.
• KOL Development and Management
• Post installation user training

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc/M.Sc Cardiology and Imaging Sciences

Experience:

• Min 4-5 years experience with Cardiac Sonographers or Cardiology Clinical Application Specialist with Echocardiography background.
• Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Quick learner
