Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Associate (CSA) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Manage client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to the respective internal teams.
• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and project updates.
• Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and client updates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
