Job Description

Job title: Client Servicing / Account Manager
Industry: Ad-tech/Mar-tech
Working time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working days: Mon- Fri(5 days)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Servicing / Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and production, to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
  • Handle any issues or escalations that may arise, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed to foster relationships and promote company services.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or sales within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving results.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional advertising platforms, including social media, display, video, and print.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics and analytics tools to track campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel is preferred.
