Job Description

Industry & Sector: A performance-driven influencer marketing agency operating in the digital advertising and social media marketing sector. We design and execute creator-led campaigns that drive brand growth, engagement, and conversion across consumer, lifestyle, and technology categories. This is an on-site, client-facing role based in India.

Role: Client Services Manager - Influencer Marketing (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client relationships for influencer-led campaignsserve as primary point of contact and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies: audience targeting, creator mix, content formats, and measurement frameworks.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign executioncreator sourcing, briefing, negotiation, content approvals, publishing schedules, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and paid media teams to align campaign creative, amplification, and tracking.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven campaign reports and insights; recommend optimisations to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Maintain and expand creator relationships; build long-term partner programs and talent rosters for repeatable brand success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record managing influencer campaigns for consumer brands with measurable KPI ownership (campaign delivery, engagement, ROI).
  • Strong stakeholder managementcomfortable briefing senior client stakeholders and presenting performance insights.
  • Practical knowledge of creator contracts, disclosure/compliance norms, and content rights management.
  • Excellent written skills for briefs, proposals, and reports; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for client presentations.
