Role: Client Services Manager - Influencer Marketing (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client relationships for influencer-led campaignsserve as primary point of contact and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
- Translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies: audience targeting, creator mix, content formats, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end campaign executioncreator sourcing, briefing, negotiation, content approvals, publishing schedules, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and paid media teams to align campaign creative, amplification, and tracking.
- Deliver clear, data-driven campaign reports and insights; recommend optimisations to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain and expand creator relationships; build long-term partner programs and talent rosters for repeatable brand success.

Qualifications & Experience

- Practical knowledge of creator contracts, disclosure/compliance norms, and content rights management.
- Excellent written skills for briefs, proposals, and reports; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for client presentations.
