This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Client Servicing Manager - Events & Weddings. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, coordinating event details, and ensuring that all aspects of events are executed flawlessly. The role requires proactive problem-solving and a client-first approach to service delivery.
