Client Services Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Chandigarh. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exemplary customer service. The role includes handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining financial records related to client accounts. The representative will collaborate closely with the event planning team to ensure client needs are met and events are executed flawlessly.

• Basic skills in Finance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in event management or a similar role is a plus
