This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Hyderabad. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, analyzing data, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Strong customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in client services or a related field
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
