Job Description

Primary Title: Client Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Industry & Sector: Operates in the Indian real estate and proptech sector delivering residential and commercial property brokerage, advisory, and end-to-end transaction support. The role is client-facing and on-site across major Indian markets, focused on driving property sales, rentals, and long-term client relationships.

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors by proactively sourcing opportunities and converting leads into closed transactions.
  • Serve as primary client point-of-contact: conduct discovery, property walkthroughs, present proposals, and coordinate viewings and negotiations to close deals.
  • Prepare and review commercial terms, assist with contract administration, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth closings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline status in CRM; generate sales reports and forecast revenue for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and documentation requirements; liaise with third-party service providers (valuers, legal advisors, lenders) to expedite transactions.
  • Drive post-sale engagement: manage handovers, collect feedback, resolve issues, and activate referral/business development from satisfied clients.
