Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Peenya 2nd Stange Bengaluru. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, managing client communications, and resolving any issues that arise. The role also involves developing client relationship strategies, analyzing client feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus (Not Mandatory)
