Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth, maintaining regular client communications, delivering periodic updates or presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, customer service, and client outreach
- Proficiency in account management, conflict resolution, and contract negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
- Knowledge of CRM software and business development strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
