Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Digital Infratech Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing top client accounts of Tata Teleservices, building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions
- Experience in client management or customer service
- Knowledge of Wireline solution & CPaaS solution is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Travel and Customer visit is required in thus job
- Must have monthly planning and taregt driven attitude
