Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive with a background in Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, or Account Management, coupled with a good understanding of technology, CRM systems, and digital ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, tracking project performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client goals, business challenges, and marketing objectives to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, and Development Teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and status updates.
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and communication effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track client interactions, project updates, and business opportunities.
  • Support lead nurturing, customer journey management, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on website updates, integrations, tracking implementation, and digital solutions when required.
  • Prepare performance reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, relationship management, and account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Channels including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of websites, marketing technology, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Technology Services Company.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Mapping, and Lead Management.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of CRM Automation and workflow management.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or related platforms are a plus.
