Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Client Relationship Executive. The responsibilities include nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client inquiries or concerns. The role involves building long-term business relationships, identifying client needs, and aligning service offerings accordingly to drive customer retention. Additionally, the Client Relationship Executive will maintain regular communication with clients to ensure seamless client experiences as part of a professional team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Relationship Management, Client Relations, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple client portfolios
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and CRM software is an advantage
