Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition and Human Resources Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition initiatives while also overseeing sourcing and closure for some of the non IT domain roles. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition (50%)

  • Identify target markets and industries for client acquisition.
  • Generate Leads and followup for closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and marketing channels.
  • Meeting potential leads, if required face to face during working hours for closure purpose.

Sourcing & Closures (50%)

  • Manage and maintain data pipelines,
  • Working on mutually agreed profiles / segment
  • connecting with clients and having constant follow up with candidates
  • Being super-active on Social Media Platforms (Linkedin / Facebook etc) and able to source candidates through them.
  • Excellent communication skills / comfortable with connecting with candidates at different seniority levels.
  • Well-read and in the habit of keeping him / her abreast with all the key happening / terms / trends in the industry.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and growing setup.

  • Self starter & Go getter.
  • Pleasant personality & Excellent English Communication Skills ( 4 out of 5)
  • Work from Office ( 5.5 days working) - Dwarka, New Delhi
  • Good in advance Excel.
  • Must not be dependent on Job Portals.
  • Well connected and ability to generate leads at his / her own in addition to support from internal references.
