Role Description
As a MarTech and CRM growth executive, you'll be at the intersection of MarTech execution, data-driven decisions, and client engagement. This campaign management role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic ownership. You'll manage day to day campaign operations, platform flow creation, MIS reporting, data anlysist to come up with insights and drive innovative customer lifecycle management (CLCM) initiatives that fuel measurable growth.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Architect and execute CRM & CLCM strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs
Collaborate with clients to translate growth objectives into actionable, data-driven programs
Manage and optimize Netcore platforms
Oversee database marketing initiatives including segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Analyze campaign data to generate insights and optimize customer journeys
Drive innovation through A/B testing, automation, and integration of new tools/tech
Balance hands-on execution with strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
1-2 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, database marketing, or lifecycle management
Proven expertise in MarTech platforms & CRM strategy
Strong data analysis and marketing analytics background
Experience in client handling
Engineering/Science graduate
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
