We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate effectively with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor on-site civil construction work to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure safety standards and quality controls are strictly followed on site.
- Maintain and track inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management on work status.
- Resolve site-related challenges and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor in civil construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
