Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer at our Bengaluru location. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, ensuring quality control, adherence to design specifications, and timely completion. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with civil engineers and contractors, resolving technical issues, and maintaining project documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all safety standards and regulatory requirements are met while delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working on-site, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Expertise in Quality Control processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Strong background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical tools is an advantage.
