Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Estimator located in Aurangabad. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing blueprints and other documentation, collaborating with project managers and engineers, identifying project risks and opportunities, and contributing to project planning and budgeting. The Civil Estimator will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain precise cost information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction cost estimating and quantity take-offs
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with blueprint reading and documentation analysis
- Experience in project management and collaboration with engineers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risks, and opportunities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications and experience in the construction industry
