About the Role

The NorthCap University is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our campus operations team. This is a non-faculty role focused on managing, supervising, and improving the university's infrastructure and facilities. The role offers exposure to real-time campus projects, vendor coordination, and sustainable infrastructure practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise campus construction, repair, and renovation projects.
• Conduct quality checks for materials and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants for project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and progress reports as and when required.
• Support in sustainability projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining cost efficiency.

Who Can Apply

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (03 years of experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and quality control.
• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle on-ground challenges proactively.
