Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The Civil Engineer will work on stormwater management, prepare technical plans, analyze survey reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with architects, surveyors, and contractors to complete projects efficiently and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering fundamentals
• Experience with Planning and Stormwater Management relevant to construction and infrastructure projects
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainable construction practices
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is an advantage
• Prior experience in similar projects or in the real estate industry is beneficial
