2. Tender Estimation & Rate Analysis
  • Read, interpret, and break down NITs, technical specs, and tender documents.

  • Align rates with company strategy to ensure competitive yet profitable bidding.
3. Bidding & Documentation
  • Prepare complete tender documentation forms, annexures, affidavits, declarations.
  • Upload bids on government portals (GeM, CPPP, e-tendering portals).
  • Track tender timelines: corrigendum, pre-bid queries, addendums, and submissions.

4. Drawings, BOQ & Documentation (Execution)
  • Prepare RA bills, joint measurement sheets, reconciliation, and quantity audits.
  • Translate drawings into actionable work plans and micro-schedules.
  • Maintain DPR, WIR, QA/QC records, checklists, and billing support.
5. Client, Consultant & Vendor Coordination
  • Attend site meetings, get work fronts cleared, push for approvals, and handle inspections.

  • Report progress, risks, claims, and variations proactively.
