Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee civil engineering projects, infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance activities across the hospital campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, cost control experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering projects, including hospital renovations, expansions, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, budgets, and manage project cost accounting.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, hospital quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Coordinate with MEP, Biomedical, Facilities, and Operations teams for seamless project implementation.
• Ensure minimal disruption to hospital services during renovation and construction activities.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, drawings, and technical records.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and project cost accounting.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Sound understanding of construction practices, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Stable employment history with strong job tenure.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
