Role Description
We are looking forCreative Civil Engineerswho can think beyond conventional design and construction.
You will join multidisciplinary teams working on projects that integrate:
- Structural optimization and computational design
- AI-assisted flow simulation and planning
- Vendor and material certification systems
- Sustainable infrastructure and next-gen building systems
You'll collaborate with architects, computational designers, and AI engineers to createreal structures powered by data, physics, and imagination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review structural designs using digital tools (BIM, FEA, parametric models).
- Contribute toFlow Engineering frameworks improving material, labour, and information flow on live projects.
- Participate in R&D for generative design, simulation, and intelligent construction systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and certified partners for sustainable material selection.
- Support project execution with data-driven decision-making and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree inCivil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Architectural Engineering/ Computational Design.
- Strong foundation inengineering mechanics, structural analysis, and materials.
- Passion forcomputation, optimization, and innovationin construction.
- Familiarity with tools likeAutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, STAAD, or ETABS & ANSYS(training support provided).
- Curiosity for emerging technologies AI, BIM, simulation, and digital fabrication.
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Experience withPython / MATLAB / Dynamo / Karamba3D.
- Interest insustainability, circular construction, or digital twins.
- Portfolio showing creative or experimental engineering work.
