Role Description
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Codevern, you will lead the technological direction of the company and oversee the implementation of innovative IT strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing software development initiatives, defining and overseeing IT architecture, leading product development, and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align technical goals with business objectives and drive technological advancements for achieving long-term success. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing technology-related projects
- Proven knowledge in IT Strategy and Architecture to drive technical vision and infrastructure improvements
- Expertise in Product Development, including overseeing the lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced business degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role within technology or software development is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on scaling businesses
