Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will support senior leadership in strategic decision-making, manage key projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
They will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure all departments are aligned with company goals.
The role also involves handling communications, preparing reports, and assisting in the development and execution of business strategies.
The role involves ownership of all secretarial, legal and financial compliances
Assist founders with fundraising process, prepare data room, investment decks, outreach to potential investors and research on competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and operations management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a must
- Strong background in finance
- Must have experience in closing series A round with a startup.
