Key Responsibilities:
Role & responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies, creating budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and presenting financial information to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensuring the organization's financial stability.
Cash Management: Managing cash flow, optimizing investments, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the organization's needs.
Strategic Planning: Partnering with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, providing financial insights and guidance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
Team Leadership: Managing and leading the finance department, including accounting, financial analysis, and other related teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Financial Expertise:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic plans.
Leadership and Communication:Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and resolve financial challenges and opportunities.
Experience:10 - 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, ideally with a proven track record of success.
