Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. This full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar involves leading the finance team, managing financial reporting and compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies to support growth, optimize capital structure, and manage risk across MSME and personal loan portfolios. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, advising senior leadership on key financial decisions, liaising with auditors and regulators, and improving financial processes and controls. The CFO will collaborate closely with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong finance and financial planning skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, and capital allocation.
• Candidates should possess advanced skills in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disclosures.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance or financial management within NBFCs or banking/financial services is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing finance teams and implementing financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs and familiarity with risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership and external partners.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field are preferred.
