Chief Executive Officer/ Head

Siddaganga TBI supports and promotes entrepreneurial ventures and economic growth by providing cost-effective workspace, shared facilities, professional counseling, and specialized training. Entrepreneurs also benefit from access to vital information and robust professional networks. The incubator focuses on empowering select entrepreneurial groups to succeed in building sustainable ventures.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Tumkur. The CEO will oversee all aspects of Siddaganga TBI, including strategic planning, operational management, and relationship building with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include mentoring startups, managing resources effectively, driving program development, and forging industry collaborations to foster innovation. The CEO will also lead fundraising efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines.

• Leadership and strategic planning skills to guide the incubator's vision and growth
• Entrepreneurship development, mentoring, and business counseling expertise
• Exceptional communication, networking, and partnership-building abilities
• Operational management skills, including resource allocation and compliance oversight
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, economic development, or innovation programs
• Experience in fundraising and securing grants or sponsorships
• Advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
