Position Summary
The CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Company's real estate business, overseeing every stage of development—from land acquisition and project planning to construction, sales, customer delivery, and post-possession services.
The role is responsible for business growth, profitability, project execution, governance, organizational development, stakeholder management, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the Company's long-term vision, business strategy, and growth plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and organizational performance.
- Present business plans and performance updates to the Board.
Business Development & Land Acquisition
- Identify and evaluate land acquisition, redevelopment, JDA, and JV opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, investors, government authorities, and strategic partners.
- Develop long-term land banking strategies.
Project Development & Construction
- Lead projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee planning, design, engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Promote modern construction technologies and sustainable development practices.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure timely approvals and compliance with RERA, Development Permissions, BU Permissions, Municipal Authorities, Town Planning, Environmental, Fire, Airport Authority, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee legal documentation, contracts, governance, and risk management.
Financial Management
- Lead budgeting, project finance, fundraising, cash flow, and profitability.
- Develop financial models and optimize capital allocation.
- Implement cost control and financial risk management.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience
- Develop pricing strategies, sales plans, and brand positioning.
- Strengthen marketing, CRM, and channel partner networks.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from booking to possession.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
- Drive talent development, accountability, and performance culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, consultants, contractors, government authorities, customers, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Professional certifications in Real Estate, Project Management, or Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Executive Director, or Vice President.
- Proven experience in delivering large residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing projects exceeding ₹500 Crore is preferred.
